How to Measure Yourself for the Right Clothing Size

Use a soft measuring tape and a few simple checkpoints to compare your measurements with Wearvona size information.

Wearvona’s guides are written to help you make practical product and care decisions. Always follow the care label and product-specific details when they differ from general guidance.

Use a flexible tape measure

Wear light clothing and keep the tape level without pulling it tight. If possible, ask someone to help so the tape stays straight around the body.

Measure bust or chest

Measure around the fullest part of your bust or chest while keeping your arms relaxed. The tape should sit parallel to the floor.

Measure waist and hips

For the waist, measure around your natural waistline. For hips, measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Compare with the product page

Use the size guide as a starting point, then read each product's fit notes. If a style is designed to be oversized, slim or cropped, the product page should say so.
